Shipping Information
- Nationwide and International Shipping: We deliver across Ireland and ship internationally so you can enjoy the finest Irish organic salmon no matter where you are.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
- Delivery Times:
- Republic of Ireland: 1-2 business days
Northern Ireland & UK: 2-3 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
Rest of the World: 5-7 business days - Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. - Packaging: To maintain the highest quality, our salmon is packed in insulated, temperature-controlled, and eco-friendly materials, ensuring it remains fresh throughout transit.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for salmon or other fresh items. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will address any issues promptly.
Perishable Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, such as:- Damage during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
- A quality concern with the product
Refunds or Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will:- Arrange a replacement product to be shipped at no extra cost
- Or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Non-Perishable Items
For non-perishable items, such as accessories or gift items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.Additional Information
