Dillon Organics, a longtime customer and passionate advocate for organic products, has taken over the reins under the leadership of James Dillon. With his dedication to organic practices, we’re confident that Old Millbank salmon will continue to thrive for many years to come.

Recognising the power of online sales early on, she designed the company’s first website, boosting sales by 20% and reaching new markets. Corporate gifting became a major part of the business, with demand peaking at Christmas. Despite economic shifts, Old Millbank thrived, proving the enduring appeal of high-quality, traditionally smoked salmon.
